Message from the Principal

Dear Anderson Students and Families,

I am Ms. Johnson, the new principal of the Add B. Anderson School. On behalf of the entire Anderson staff, I am excited to welcome new and returning students and families to the 2023-2024 school year!

As the new leader of the Anderson School community, I am dedicated to ensuring your students receive an excellent educational experience. Our custodial staff is already working hard to ensure the building is ready for returning students. Our instructional staff is preparing to provide rigorous and engaging daily learning experiences. Lastly, leadership and climate solidify our plan so that our students feel safe and welcome daily when they enter the doors.

This is a school year of new beginnings; every student has a fresh start. The staff and I look forward to seeing every student on the first day of school! There will be a surprise to encourage them on their way in! Please ensure they are in the schoolyard by 8:20 so they can enter with their class promptly at 8:30.
