• Volunteer Paperwork Checklist

  A list of all that you need to volunteer in our schools.

• Volunteer Orientation

  The mandatory Volunteer Orientation can be taken online or in-person.

• Volunteer Code of Conduct

  This form must be signed by all people planning on volunteering in The School District of Philadelphia and submitted to the school office with the rest of their Volunteer Packet.

• Child Abuse History Clearance

• PA State Criminal History Check

• FBI Background Check
